What students need to train
Beginners can train in athletic clothes for their first sessions. Ask a coach before class and we'll size you up.
Jiu-Jitsu Gi
Required for all Gi classes — jacket, pants and belt.
Rashguard
Required for No-Gi classes; can be worn under the Gi.
Shorts / Spats
No zippers, buttons, pockets or metal parts.
