Homeschool students training jiu-jitsu during a daytime PE class in Winter Haven, Florida

Homeschool PE That Actually Gets Them Moving

Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Boxing during the school day in Winter Haven — an hour of coached physical education, then the afternoon is yours.

Why families use it

One class covers PE, self-defense and social time

Homeschool PE is the hardest subject to do well at home. This solves it with real coaching, real partners and a real schedule.

The daytime block runs mid-morning, which means the mat is quiet, the group is small, and your student trains with the same faces every week. That consistency is what turns a PE requirement into the part of the week they look forward to.

Instruction comes from a Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and a Master of Sport of International Class in Judo with 16 years on the Ukrainian National Team — the same coaches who run the evening classes, not a separate daytime babysitting session.

Families come to us from across Polk County: Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Haines City, Lakeland, Davenport, Dundee and Eagle Lake.
