Who we are
We train at 6290 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33884, inside TKO Martial Arts Academy, serving families from Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Haines City, Davenport and Lakeland.
Our classes run Monday through Friday for kids from age five, adults of every fitness level, and homeschool students who train during the school day. Whether you're here to get in shape, learn self-defense, compete, or give your child structure and confidence, you'll start on the same mats with the same coaches.

Alex (Oleksandr) is a JUDO and BJJ black belt, a National Judo Champion and a highly skilled Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete holding a black belt under Robby Donofrio. His journey in Judo and BJJ reflects an unwavering commitment and passion for excellence.
Head Instructor · Certified IJF Coach
Vadim is a three-time Judo World Cup and Grand Prix champion, a certified IJF coach, and holds a Master's degree in Physical Education. His judo career is a testament to relentless hard work, discipline and passion for the sport.
