Training from Winter Haven
We are on Cypress Gardens Blvd, minutes from downtown Winter Haven and the Chain of Lakes.
We are a Winter Haven gym first. Our mats sit on Cypress Gardens Blvd, a few minutes from downtown, the Chain of Lakes and the Cypress Gardens neighborhoods, and most of our students live within a ten minute drive. Kids come straight from Winter Haven schools to the 5:00 PM and 5:45 PM classes, and adults train at 6:45 PM after work.
What makes the room different is the coaching: a Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and a Master of Sport of International Class in Judo who spent 16 years on the Ukrainian National Team, both teaching the regular weekly classes — not just seminars. Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, traditional Judo and Boxing all run under one roof, on one membership.
