If you live around Cypress Gardens, we are effectively your neighborhood academy — our address is on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Families from the Cypress Gardens, Lake Ned and Eloise areas make up a good part of the afternoon kids classes for exactly that reason.
Being this close changes how people train. Kids come three times a week instead of one, parents stay and take the adult class, and homeschool students use the mid-morning block as their PE for the day rather than driving across the county for it.

Any of them. Every program is beginner friendly, and your first class is free — call and we will point you to the right age group.
Do you run classes during school hours?
Yes. Homeschool Jiu-Jitsu and Judo run Monday through Thursday at 10:00 AM and Homeschool Boxing Tuesday and Thursday at 11:15 AM.
