Training from Auburndale
Roughly 15 minutes from Auburndale via Havendale Blvd and Cypress Gardens Blvd.
Auburndale sits right between Lakeland and Winter Haven, so our mats are one of the closest real martial arts options in town — about 15 minutes along Havendale Blvd. Families from Lake Ariana, Bridgers Ave and the Auburndale High School area train with us every week.
Because the drive is short, Auburndale kids can make the 5:00 PM Little Ninjas class or the 5:45 PM Kids Jiu-Jitsu and Judo class straight from school, and parents often stay and train the 6:45 PM adult class the same evening.
- Little Ninjas (ages 5–7) Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 PM
- Kids Jiu-Jitsu & Judo (ages 7–14) Monday through Friday at 5:45 PM
- Family Boxing Tuesday and Thursday at 4:45 PM — parents and kids 6+ train together
